We believe that energy is a valuable resource. Which is why we’ve made our application process extremely simple. If you’d like to apply for a position, simply connect your LinkedIn or Xing profile and save yourself the effort of typing up an additional CV.
In order to quickly process your application, our recruiters need a good understanding of your professional activities up to this point. Your profile makes that clear? Perfect! If you’re not quite sure, simply upload your CV in addition to linking your profile.
Our response – almost as fast as our energy flows
You were invited to an interview? Congratulations. Now we can get to know one another.
Usually we hold two interviews. The first is a short technical interview with the respective department. The point of this interview is to have an initial discussion about the details of the position in question. The first interview went well? Then you move on to a second interview: this time with your prospective manager and a member of our recruiting team. This interview will be a bit longer and, in addition to technical questions, will also cover organizational questions from both sides – this is also an opportunity to get to know one another better. This process may be different for management positions.
How does it work?
Technical interviews are held almost always as digital interviews. However, this may vary depending on the location and position. In some cases, we start with a phone interview; in others, we schedule an in-person interview. We will let you know what kind of interview you can expect when we send you the invitation.
Where will these interviews take place?
Make sure that you can conduct your virtual interview without interruption. Test everything out in advance; choose a neutral background and the right lighting. It’s a good idea to think about some potential questions and answers. Have a pen and paper ready, and make sure you are dressed appropriately for your future position. You should log in to the meeting about 10 minutes before it is scheduled to start.
How can you prepare?
If everything goes well, you’ll receive an offer from us. Should any questions arise, we will address them together in a further discussion. However, if we don’t think it’s a good fit, we’ll let you know ASAP.
