Integrated degree program
Integrated degree program at EnBW
Here you’ll experience true team energy, combine theory and practice, and also earn some money on the side. At the end of your integrated degree program, you’ll not only have a university degree, but also plenty of professional experience.
Good to know
- The program starts every year in the winter semester (either September 1 or October 1, depending on the program).
- It takes an average of three years to complete – afterwards, you will have earned a bachelor’s degree.
- Your university will be Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). This is where your lectures will be held.
- You can complete your integrated degree program at our locations in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Biberach, and Hamburg.
You will regularly switch back and forth between theory and practice in order to optimally prepare you for your future career. What does that mean exactly? Every three months you’ll start a practical phase where you can directly apply the theoretical knowledge you’ve acquired. This will make it easier for you to understand and retain course content. At the same time, you’ll get to know different departments at EnBW.

The future is also being reinvented at a desk. Whether in office management, warehouse logistics, sales, or marketing: together with your colleagues, in your commercial training, you will be helping to ensure that the major project of the “energy transition” runs smoothly.

In this program, we put you to work every day on behalf of the energy transition – in the workshop, outdoors, and on location with customers. In the team, you and your colleagues will work together to connect the world of tomorrow – and earn enough to treat yourself after work as well.

Since January 1, 2022, all integrated degree students and trainees have a budget of EUR 250 per year that they can use for a variety of different work-related purchases. For example, to purchase your own toolbox, a smartphone, or an e-bike.

We will contact you shortly after the interview to discuss next steps. Also: No matter how we decide, you can always request personal feedback on the interview from our recruiters.
5. Response after the interview
