Andreas Schell to take office as new EnBW CEO on 15 November
Karlsruhe. The designated new EnBW CEO Andreas Schell (53) will take office as successor to Frank Mastiaux (58) on 15 November 2022. Schell will step down from his current position as CEO of Rolls-Royce Power System AG in Friedrichshafen on 14 November 2022. The Supervisory Board of EnBW AG appointed Andreas Schell as the new CEO of EnBW on 7 April 2022 to take office at the latest by the end of the fourth quarter.
As announced last year, current CEO Frank Mastiaux will leave EnBW at the end of his contract term on 30 September 2022 after 10 years at the helm. Lutz Feldmann, Chairman of the EnBW Supervisory Board: “On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Frank Mastiaux for successful transforming EnBW into a major player in the energy and mobility transition. I am delighted that Andreas Schell is able to take over as Chairman of the EnBW Board of Management as soon as mid-November. During the transition phase, the experienced EnBW Board of Management team will manage the Company’s business.”
