The calculation for this performance indicator does not include the share of positive redispatch that cannot be controlled by EnBW and nuclear generation. In the reporting year, this performance indicator includes generation volumes of 23,307 GWh (previous year: 23,229 GWh). The amount of CO2 emissions from controllable electricity generation included in the performance indicator is 6,338 thousand t (previous year: 7,407 thousand t). The CO₂ intensity including nuclear generation for the reporting year also was 272 g/kWh (previous year: 300 g/kWh).

LTIF: Lost Time Injury Frequency. The LTIF is used to measure the number of accidents at work and the resulting days of absence. The calculation of the LTIF overall includes all companies with more than 100 employees. For the calculation of the LTIF for companies controlled by the Group, those companies engaged in the area of waste management are excluded because the number of accidents deviates significantly from that in the core business in the energy industry.
