Questions on the Online Application Process
The link for the online application can be found in each vacancy listed. Simply upload your CV and apply. Afterwards you can create your user account. You may also be asked job-specific questions during the application.

What is the online application process?
After you have submitted your application, you will automatically receive a submission confirmation. We will review your application and do our best to give you a quick response. This process can take some time, though, and we ask for your patience.
I have applied via the portal. When can I expect a response?
No, you can also apply for a position without creating an applicant account. Simply upload your CV.
Do I need to create an applicant account?
Normally, we use Microsoft Teams for interviews. The link you can click on to participate will be sent to you after the interview time is confirmed.
Which tool is used for the virtual interviews?
In the event that we would like to offer you a position, we will get in touch after the interview with a job offer.
For some positions, an occupational medical examination is necessary. As long as the physician does not have any concerns, the final job offer will be made after the works council has confirmed the choice. We ask for your understanding that this process takes a bit of time.
How will I know if I have been chosen for the position?
A digital version of the contract will be sent via email. Since we place great value on data protection, we send the contract in encrypted form.
Will I receive a print or digital version of the contract?
You can check the status of your application in your applicant account. If you have not created an applicant account, you can contact your recruiter.
