Our trainee program for recent graduates
Do you want to help shape the future of energy in Germany? In our Corporate Trainee program, we show you how you can channel your energy to make progress towards achieving our goals both large and small while at the same time advancing your career. In 20 months, you’ll learn about EnBW’s most important areas of activity and work on exciting projects as part of a team. At the same time, you’ll learn how you can make your ideas part of the change that we are driving together.

20 months.
You’ll get the know EnBW’s different divisions and areas of activity in eight practical phases.
You can choose whether you want to complete the program in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. The Corporate Trainee program also offers you exciting opportunities to work at various EnBW locations, such as in the field of renewable energy in Hamburg or with Yello in Cologne. By the way, you can also complete a lot of tasks from home. You can schedule your work-from-home days in close consultation with the various EnBW divisions.
All trainees meet in between project phases to attend group seminars and workshops where they have the chance to develop their personal and professional skills. Plus, there are also group events and excursions, which are a great opportunity to have some fun.
In regular discussions with qualified employees and managers as well as members of the Executive Board, you will also receive valuable input and be able to establish an important personal network within the company.
An individual development plan will help you to unlock your full potential. As part of an eight-week trainee project, all trainees work on a Group-relevant topic with support from qualified mentors and coaches.

- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, during which you had the opportunity to gain some relevant practical experience.
