EnBW operates the largest quick-charging network in Germany. If the charging station for the electric car fails, an e-bot developed by EnBW helps drivers to help themselves in the event of smaller faults. The e-bot in the EnBW mobility+ app analyzes the problem and engages in dialog with customers. If the fault cannot be rectified, the e-bot points the way to the next station.
